University of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ
Research Foundation

Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵRF is a single point of contact for industry, integrating research support services, including pre- and post-award contract administration, to facilitate compliance. As a separate corporation, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵRF can engage in activities that state universities cannot, such as indemnifying research sponsors or holding equity in companies that license University intellectual property.

By streamlining the process for negotiating licensing agreements, administering contracts and procuring funds, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵRF has increased Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ licensing revenues from $270,000 in 2001 to $6.3 million in 2007.
